Karen has owned and operated our family business for over 20 years. She was also administrative assistant with our CPA and friend Gloria Rex in Chicago for ten years. We’ve successfully operated the family business since 1980. Our oldest daughter, continues to operate the business and still services our original customers.  Why, because customer satisfaction has always been our priority. 

Bill recently completed an 18-year career with Motorola as VP of North America Sales.  He managed a large staff of over 100 field representatives and was always involved in multi-million dollar contractual negotiations. He has over 25 years of executive sales management experience. He is an excellent negotiator and is invaluable in buying or selling property. He's mastered  "Win–Win" contract negotiation, leaving all parties pleased and satisfied at the completion of the process. 

Karie, our youngest daughter is a school teacher in Gilbert. Karie graduated from Illinois State University and has excellent people and communication skills. In addition to selling real estate, Karie publishes our monthly news letters and she owns and operate Arizona Yard Cards. A Yard Card announcement service.

We've been real estate investors since the mid 70's and continue to acquire properties utilizing creative financing techniques.
